| All Occasions is committed to protecting your privacy. We need to collect certain information for credit card processing but this is kept securely and is never passed on to third parties. We may use your information to send you information about our hampers but you are welcome to unsubscribe if you wish. | By placing an order with All Occasions, you are accepting our terms and conditions. Should you not accept these terms, please contact us by telephone on 01386 870551 or email: info@alloccasions.co.uk. |

| Payment Terms: |
 |
| Payment may be made by Mastercard, Visa, and Maestro. Goods are despatched on satisfactory completion of the credit card payment. Goods paid for by cheque will not be despatched until the cheque has cleared. |

| Payment on account, which can be arranged prior to placing the order, is due 28 days from the date of the invoice. |
 |
| Any discounts offered for bulk orders will only be valid on the goods, not carriage. |
 |
| Service |
 |
| We are committed to providing an excellent service for the customer and we have established an excellent reputation over the 19 years we have been in business. We will happily replace or refund for any items that may have been damaged in transit but all damages must be notified within 24 hours of receipt. Non delivery of items must be notified within 14 days. |
 |
| Whilst photography and descriptions are meant to be accurate, the colour or pattern of the boxes may vary. Should we have supply difficulties with any items, we will replace it with an item of equal or higher value. |
 |
| Some hampers contain alcohol and the purchaser must be over 18 years old. |
 |
| Cancellation |
 |
| All cancelled orders will be charged 50% plus carriage and return charges if cancelled after despatch. Goods cancelled prior to despatch will not be charged for unless costs have been incurred in acquiring goods specifically. |

| If a recipient refuses the parcel or the address given is incorrect, we reserve the right to charge the re-directing or re delivery costs. |
 |
| Complaints |
 |
| Any complaints will be dealt with quickly and efficiently and we will keep you informed of any ongoing procedures. |
 |
| Damages |
 |
| Any breakages or damages must be notified to us within 24 hours of delivery. We will be happy to replace any damaged items or collect and replace the entire hamper, depending upon the amount of damage. |

| Delivery Charges |
 |
| There is a range of delivery charges, all detailed below. Once you have decided on the contents of your order you will be prompted to select one of the following as a part of processing your order. |

a - Next Day UK Mainland (not guaranteed) @ £7.99
b - Guaranteed next day (before 12) @ £14.50
c - 48 hour @ £7.50
d - NI Surface @ £15.00
e - Highlands and Islands @ £18.50
f - Sat AM @ £22.50
