| Can I send a hamper abroad? |
Yes, of course, but the price depends upon the weight and destination. You
will need to ask us for prices. |

| Can I guarantee delivery at a certain time? |
Delivery can be guaranteed before 12 or before 10am but there is an extra
charge. Please see our delivery prices page. |

| What if I don't like the hamper? |
We are sure you will but if not, then we will return your money (except the
delivery charge). |

| Can I send several hampers to different addresses? |
| Yes - there is a delivery charge for each address up to 25kgs. |

| What if something gets broken? |
| We will replace the product or the whole hamper if necessary. 'Any breakages must be notified to us within 24 hours of receipt. |

| Can I change any of the items if I don't like them? |
| Of course, you can change an item for any other we keep in stock. |
